AYSHA GOSSETT: WIFE | MOTHER | ENTREPRENEUR
With over five years in the construction industry, Aysha Gossett is constantly learning and improving. Aysha grew up in a constant remodel and had close family members who worked in the trades. She realized her love with architecture during her first semester in college, studying abroad in Rome, Italy.
Upon returning home, Aysha began work in a plumbing shop where she learned to weld and was inspired to create. She earned her Associates in Applied Science in 2022 at Montana State University: Gallatin College with a focus on Interior Design.
Aysha Gossett currently works remotely, balancing being the mom of a toddler and being a working professional. Her approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything she does reflects her commitment to excellence.

2024 - PRESENT
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR: DESIGNER | DRAFTER | PERMIT EXPEDITER
Beginning with a couple projects for close friends and family, Aysha Gossett Designs began as a small side hobby after the birth of Aysha's first child. This hobby officially grew into a business in 2025 when Permit Expediting was added as a service, with special thanks to IMPACT Drafting. Aysha is passionate about design and creating intentional spaces.
2022 - 2023
BRANDNER DESIGN: PROJECT MANAGER | DESIGNER
From designing exterior siding to entry doors to custom cabinetry and more -- working at Brandner Design was an incredible opportunity. While there, Aysha worked closely with some of the best fabricators and installers in the valley, seeing a project through every step from initial design to installation. Communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills were key to success in these high-end projects. The pictures to the left are a sample of some of the projects Aysha had the privilege to work on.

2021- 2022
MONTERIORS: INTERN | SALES ASSISTANT | DESIGNER
Previously known as The Flooring Place, Monteriors provided a unique learning atmosphere that started Aysha's love for cabinetry design. Aysha began as an intern, assisting the Sales Department in creating visual portfolios, completing flooring takeoffs, and other miscellaneous tasks. This role developed into helping process cabinet orders, and then, when The Flooring Place began to rebrand and redesign their showroom, Aysha played a large role in the designing and project management of the new cabinetry displays. Working on a team with the owner, sales staff, and design lead, Aysha helped create displays that showcased the possibilities of cabinetry design with Monteriors.

2015 - 2021
PJ'S PLUMBING & HEATING: ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER
Working on and off between 2015 - 2018 as an Administrative Assistant, Aysha helped process Work Orders, Invoices, and Purchase Orders for PJ's Plumbing & Heating. After returning from a semester in college, Aysha began work as Assistant Shop Manager in January 2019. Under the direction of Shop Manager, Steve Tilley, Aysha learned to weld, established a system of organization within the shop, created and received orders, and occasionally assisted plumbers in the field. The photos featured to the left are some of the projects Aysha designed and welded to fulfill a need in the shop.
