What to Expect: Our Process
We base our flat-rate upfront pricing on project complexity not project square footage.
1.) DESIGN CONSULTATION
This initial design meeting is to determine compatibility, project scope, and set expectations.*
2.) UPFRONT ESTIMATE & DESIGN DEPOSIT
Each estimate comes customized with flat-rate packages so you can choose the services you desire to meet your budget and needs (packages include but are not limited to: Custom Plan Set, Cabinetry Design, Interior Renderings, etc.). A 50% design deposit is required upon estimate approval in order to begin.
3.) INITIAL DRAFT REVISIONS & APPROVAL
Plan revisions are done after the floor plan is complete to avoid a domino-effect in design changes, this saves time and miscommunication.
4.) COMPLETION OF SERVICES & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the final plans are signed with client approval, the plans are considered complete. Other services may have different timelines, each service will be billed reasonably upon completion.
*If project extends beyond original project scope, this will be explained and a signed Change Order with a new estimation will be required before project can continue.
*Aysha Gossett Designs is a drafting service and does not provide Architectural or Engineering Stamps, additional approval may be required before construction.
